2. ‘2.0’ Teaser Review: Chitti, Chitti, Bang Bang. End.

Rajinikanth’s 2.0 will release on 29 November.  

With an estimated budget of Rs 543 crore, production time of three years and a team of over 3,000 technicians worldwide, director Shankar’s 2.0 starring Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson is by far the biggest Indian film.

Anticipation peaked when the teaser released on YouTube at 9:00am, September 13th.

The teaser has clocked close to 10 million views (Telugu, Tamil and Hindi combined) in less than five hours.

3. Ganpati 2018: Aamir Khan, Anil-Tina, Big B at Mukesh-Nita’s Home

Nita and Mukesh Ambani hosted Ganpati celebrations at Antilla in Mumbai. Bollywood celebrities Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff and more arrived in droves to seek Bappa’s blessings. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Sanjay Nirupam, Anil and Tina Ambani also made an appearance.

4. Being a Parent Is Above All, Says Shahid Kapoor

Shahid Kapoor with wife, Mira Rajput and daughter, Misha Kapoor. 

Actor Shahid Kapoor, who has not been able to take out time for promotions of his upcoming film Bati Gul Meter Chalu because of his children, says "being a parent is above all."

Shahid became parent one more time when he and Mira welcomed the arrival of their son Zain a week ago. They already have a two-year-old daughter Misha who is not keeping so well nowadays.

The actor on Wednesday took to Twitter to explain his absence from work.

5. Changed ‘Sanju’ Script to Create Empathy for Him: Rajkumar Hirani

Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Sanju’ is based on Sanjay Dutt’s life, but faces allegations of several ‘clean up’ acts in the movie.

Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani revealed he shot additional portions for Sanju starring Ranbir Kapoor, his biographical drama on Sanjay Dutt, to create empathy for the actor after people “hated” him in test screenings. Hirani said the initial edit featured the actor’s story as it was and thus was not liked by people.

“During the shoot I felt ‘What am I doing, I’m going wrong.’ In fact, when the first edit was ready and we screened for people, they hated him. They said we don’t like this man, we don’t want to watch him,” he said.
