The wait is finally over. Salman Khan’s first look in his upcoming film Bharat is out. An ageing Salman sports a thick, greying beard and moustache, glasses and greying hair. The poster has a tagline - journey of a man and nation together. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to break the news. “ The wait is over... Salman Khan... First look poster of #Bharat... Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar... 5 June 2019 release... #Eid2019,” he wrote.

2. Netflix Adds 10 New Original Films to Indian Slate

Netflix plans to make the content available by 2020.

International streaming giant Netflix on Monday announced a slate of 10 new Indian original films, across a range of genres and subjects with a variety of A-list talent attached.

Continuing its investment in Indian content, these additions include previously announced titles Music Teacher, Cobalt Blue, Chopsticks, Upstarts and Bulbul. Netflix plans to make them available to Netflix users around the world by the end of 2020.

Even her character Pooja (or Poo, as she preferred) was loved by the audience. For quite some time, speculations were rife that Kareena Kapoor Khan’s character has inspired a web series.

Now, the latest buzz is that Karan Johar (who had directed the film) will be producing this series as well.

4. For Many ‘Game of Thrones’ Fans, Season 8 Is Just the First Ending

Devoted Game of Thrones fans who've watched and re-watched all 73 episodes of the HBO series, and read and reread all 4,000 pages of the books by George R.R. Martin, will at long last get the ending they've craved with the series' eighth and final season that starts Sunday.

But will it be the "real" ending? The plotlines of the show have long since shot past what's in Martin's books, whose own finale may be many years away.

The latest cast member to join Ranveer Singh starrer 83 is Mali Marshall, who will essay the role of his father, the late West Indies bowler Malcolm Marshall. The sports drama is based on India’s historic win at the 1983 Cricket World Cup. Director Kabir Khan confirmed the news.
