- ½ Apple
- 1.5 Tbsp Ragi flour
- Water, boiled and cooled

- Boil the apple (after removing the skin because we are going to use this water and since these days apples are coated with wax, it is safer to peel them and then boil)
- Strain it and puree
- In the same water used for boiling apple, mix ragi flour and put on the flame.
- Once the mixture thickens a bit, add the apple puree.
- Add the dates powder/gur to taste
Apple Ragi Sheera is ready.
