Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello might have taken home some awards from the 2019 People's Choice Awards last night, but they seemed to have other plans than heading over to the awards show.

Julia Michaels decided to celebrate her 26th birthday a little bit early with a fun 90s prom theme party and Shawn and Camila were there having some fun together.

In a video from the party, Shawn and Camila can be seen dancing to Cher's "Believe".

While they didn't post any photos of the two of them at the party, eagle eyed fans noticed that the couple wore a matching boutonniere and corsage set along with their super 90s outfits, making them the picture perfect couple at the prom.

The night before, Shawn finished out the Oceania leg of his tour in Auckland, New Zealand, which means he jumped on a flight right after the show to make it to the party on time.

Although Shawn and Camila skipped out on the awards show, they still got some pretty big wins that night. Shawn won Best Male Artist of 2019, while the couple both won for The Song of 2019 for "Señorita". Shawn was also nominated for Social Celebrity of 2019, but lost to Ellen Degeneres. "Señorita" lost out to "Kill This Love" by Blackpink for The Music Video of 2019.

Based on their faces and how much fun they're having in the video, it seems like they totally made the right choice.
