Shweta Singh Kirti announced Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund to support astrophysics students

Sushant Singh Rajput was a prominent face in the Bollywood industry. His sudden demise back in 2020 left netizens, Bollywood industry and his family in a shock. Today marks the 35th birth anniversary of the late actor. His fans and family members are remembering him and paying tribute to the late actor. Shweta Kirti Singh, Sushant’s sister took to her social media account and revealed setting up Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund. The $35,000 to support those who wish to pursue Astrophysics.

Sharing her statement on social media, Shweta said, “I am happy to announce that on 35th Birthday of Bhai, a step has been taken towards fulfilling one of his dreams. The Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund of $35,000 has been set up in UC Berkeley. Anyone who is interested in pursuing Astrophysics at UC Berkeley can apply for this fund. Grateful to the Angels who made it possible. Happy Birthday my little Brother, I hope you always stay happy wherever you are! Love You #SushantDay.”

She has also shared a collage of pictures with the Kedarnath actor, remembering him on the occasion. Along with the post, she wrote, “Love you Bhai You are part of me and will always remain so… #SushantDay.”

Sushant’s sisters have also encouraged his fans to honour his memory and they have also planned a virtual event for the late actor.
