There's only one pudding that can truly follow a roast dinner in autumn and make you feel satisfied, and that's a rhubarb crumble (with plenty of custard).
So rhubarb-custard-flavoured gin sounds like the perfect post-dinner drink on a cold September's evening, don't you think?
We have Solway Spirits, a craft distillery in the South West Scotland, to thank for this ingenious invention, which doesn't only sound tasty AF but looks really pretty, too.

Pink gin with a purpose!
"Beautifully smooth, this Gin has rhubarb, juniper and citrus on the nose", it explains on the Solway website. "We use our quality Gin and infuse it with fresh rhubarb and vanilla pods then a little torrified wheat for a short period".
But forget mixing this gin with tonic, Solway recommends you "try this with Ginger Ale" because "the flavours and aromas explode for you to enjoy."
Sadly the gin keeps selling out all over the shop, but there are a few bottles left on Amazon if you're quick enough to snap them up.

Otherwise, there are a list of stockists here you might be lucky enough to live near.
If sweet gins aren't you thing, then Solway also make a spiced vodka "distilled with pomegranate and black peppercorns", which sounds pretty dreamy.
