Stranger Things just got more interesting as we got the most exciting news yesterday, of the Duffer Brothers giving another season of this Netflix series!
Well, Netflix’s Stranger Things 4th season has been announced and we can’t keep calm! After all, a whole lot of interesting deets are about go come out in the open. However, it was the way in which the announcement was carried out that screamed PERFECT!
Netflix announced “Stranger Things 4” with a new teaser video, and in the creepy teaser you can see a clock embedded into a tree. The clock ticks to midnight, and then chimes several notes as the screen goes dark. The scene absolutely creepy and located in the upside down!
Although, the chimes of the clock makes us question the location of this season’s adventures! Well, for starters we definitely know it isn’t Hawkins as the phrase “we’re not in Hawkins anymore”, appears one word at a time as the bells chime.
However, there’s full possibility of it being located in England, UK. The sound of clock chimes and bell has an uncanny resemblance to the real-life one, Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower — or “Old Joe”, which is located in England.
Now, we know that Russia will definitely be a location as part and parcel of Stanger Things 4, since the mid-credits scene after the “Stranger Things 3” finale showed Russians not only holding a Demogorgon and but also hinting at an American captive (most likely to be Hopper).

However, the chimes in the teaser definitely don’t match London’s Big Ben or the famous Kremlin Clock in Moscow, Russia. Now, while we can assume that this could be any old grandfather clock, we need to think out of the box when it comes to Netflix’s Stranger Things! Moreover, the whole point of ‘we’re not in Hawkins anymore’ definitely gives away that theories should be spun, and links need to be connected.
They're heading to London. Listen to the chimes at the end…

However, buckle up for an international adventure and make sure to stay tuned for the official release date of the season 4 of Netflix’s Stranger Things!
