Sugar free Dry fruit Ladoo Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

One bowl of Dry fruits- Walnuts, Almonds, Cashews,  Pistachios
Dates : Around 250 gm

Recipe:
1- Dry roast all the dry fruits - cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistas.

Add cashews and pistas after walnuts and almonds are roasted a bit to  avoid burning.

2- Allow them to cool completely before grinding. ( Don't grind much as they tend to leave oil).

3- Heat a pan. Deseed dates and put them in the pan.

 

4- Once they become soft, add nuts powder and mix everything together.


5- Make ladoos on drying.

 

Ta Da.. The healthy ladoos are ready!
