It is rightly said that God couldn't be everywhere so he created moms. Right from the moment her daughter is placed in her arms, her little one snuggles into her heart like no one else. Remember how your mother used to go teary-eyed when you used to fall in your childhood? Or for that matter, when an injection was injected on you, it was your mother who had felt the pain way before you. A mother and a daughter is connected with such an emotional, pious and unbreakable chord. A mother-daughter relationship is such wherein the trust can never be broken and the depth of love lays unspoken. Famous B-town diva, Kajol Devgan and her relationship with her daughter, Nysa Devgan is exactly like that!Born into the star family of Devgans on April 20, 2003, promoting Kajol Devgan and Ajay Devgn to the designation of parents, Nysa Devgan has only spread happiness in their lives ever since her first breath. Though she is 'daddy's li'l girl' just like any other daughter, she is equally close to her mom and also shares an uncanny resemblance with her. Correct us if we are wrong, one look at Nysa and we would say that she is a copy of her star mom. No? Sharing a lovely selfie, Kajol had captioned it as "Happy 16th birthday to my sweet sweet baby. I still feel the weight of you in my arms and I don't think that will ever change. However old you grow know that you will always be my heartbeat." Along with one of their mirror selfies, the darling mommy had written, "Two together make one smile." In one of their 'us' pictures, Nysa can be seen kissing Kajol's shoulder from the back. To this snap, Kajol had a quirky caption that had stated, "She's the chip on my shoulder, a chocolate chip." Take a look at all the pictures of the mom-daughter duo and notice their close resemblance: Let's hug it out! What about mirror selfies, maa? Smiling all the way! I will eat you kinda look! Nerdy girls! I have your back mom!In an interaction with the DNA some time back, Kajol had shared that she shares a close bond with Nysa and they share everything from shoes, manicures to pedicures. Kajol was quoted as saying, "We definitely share shoes, manicures and pedicures. We have that kind of a relationship where we are able to talk to each other about a lot of things. But not everything because at the end of the day, I'm her mother. I still scold her and she will be like, 'But whyyyy mom!'. So, overall, we are in a good space." (Do Read: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan And Aaradhya Bachchan's Mother-Daughter Moments Are Nothing But Pure Love)For the unversed, Nysa is currently living in Singapore to complete her further studies. For any mother, staying away from their kids can be downright overwhelming. In a 2018 interview, Kajol had revealed how listening to 'Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone' by Bill Withers had made her realise that, "I'm missing my baby".Nonetheless, she won't mind so as the two don't fight much now. In Kajol's own words, "I don't know whether we have gotten closer, but we definitely don't fight as much as we used to. Things just don't seem as important as they were when you lived with that person under the same roof. Also, I miss her so much that I just want us to be happy together whenever we meet." At that, her doting daddy had shared,"I am still shaken up. She's only 14, and she has never been alone and left the house. The whole family is a little upset, but she's adjusting there well, so I am happy about that."Rumours have been all over the internet about Nysa entering the showbiz world. Kajol had given a clarity on the same on April 2019 and had retorted, "She (Nysa Devgn) is just 16 years old. I think you (media and people) can give her a break and some space. Recently, she has celebrated her 16th birthday. Right now, she is studying in 10th standard and she is preparing for her board exams." I took my pregnancy test first thing in the morning and around dinner time, I get a call and text from Janea with the news that she took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I just remember thinking to myself 'No Way!' As excited as I was for my sister and the big news, I was determined to wait to spill my little secret until after my first doctor appointment." After going to the doctor, Shanea confirmed that her due date was May 13. As for Janea? She was expected to deliver on May 9. "I was so excited," said Janea. "I already suspected she was pregnant before she told me. When she did finally tell me, I screamed, 'I knew it!' I also jokingly asked, 'Why do you always have to steal my shine?' These were the first births in our family for a long time and I was looking forward to being spoiled by our family. I couldn't be happier we both got to experience motherhood together." We need every ounce of courage, protective instinct, affection, wit, charm and humour that our dads have for their little princesses. More than anything else, we need them to set a course of life for us. It is a well-known fact that a dad has the ability to shape his daughter's life, and nothing could be more true. But, there is a difference in the intensity of bonds a girl kid and a boy kid forms with their dads. A girl, from the very beginning just favours her dad over her mom. Here are some reasons we girlies just tend to love our dads a tad bit more than our moms. 1. He is the first man in our livesFor us, our dad is the first man we see in our lives. What he does, how he does it, his behaviour towards us, his attitude towards mom and each small thing has an impact on us. He sets the course for our life. We adore him for everything he does, and start dreaming of a marrying the guy, who will be half as good as him. 2. While moms are loving, dads are super-protectiveOur mothers love us just as unconditionally as our dads do. Still, the protective instinct their fathers have for their princesses is just something, which nobody can replicate. They make us feel safe; nobody can even look at us evilly when our dads are around. You Might Like: 8 Bollywood Dads Who Are Inspiring Us With Their Parenting Lessons 3. Fathers care for their daughtersBe it their wife, their son, their parents or anybody else. Dads always, and we mean always, care for their daughters more. They make every possible effort to safeguard them from anything that might hurt them. And also, they do everything in their power to destroy anything or anyone that tries to pull their daughters down. 4. We can channelise all our excess affection to our dadsThis is a fact too, that most girls are super-affectionate. Right from when we are little, we have this urge to love people close to us. And somehow, we always pick our fathers to shower our love upon. Like they pamper us, we make efforts to make them happy. It gives us a sense of satisfaction when our dads smile because of us.Also Read: 18 TV Actors Who Are Redefining Fatherhood And Are Coolest Dads On The Block 5. They love us more than our brothers because they have no competition with us to be the 'alpha male'When sons grow up and turn into mature adults, they usually start questioning their dad's decision. They exert their newfound manliness in the house and thus, tend to get distanced from their dads. Girls, however, never do any such thing. We become independent individuals, we take their own decisions, but we still always remain daddy's girls and ask him for the smallest of things. 6. Our dads teach us to be strong and weak at the same timeIf there is one most important life lesson that we take from our fathers, it is that we do not have to be strong always. Sometimes it is okay to be weak and break down. But, they also teach us to get up and move on. They also build a will in us to never tolerate anything that we feel is not right. Also Read: 4 Celeb Stepfathers Who Share A Beautiful Relationship With Their Stepchildren 7. That is just the kind of effect our daddies have on us.Do Checkout! 14 Famous Television Couples And Their Oh-So-Cute Star Kids 9. Even psychology has its own ways to prove the father-daughter bondA famous psychologist and psychoanalyst, best known for his work in developing child attachment theories, put forward a crucial point in one of his studies. He said that the ability of an individual to have an emotional or physical attachment to another person gives him a sense of stability that helps them to take risks, improve in weaker areas of their lives, and encourage their personality development.Children are always attached to their caregivers, so when we are young and we see our mothers caring for us, we tend to be attached to her.
