Rajkummar Rao made a very on-point statement over the recent Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani’s Kabir Singh controversy! Here’s what:
Rajkummar Rao has been busying in the promotional spree of his next JudgeMentall Hai Kya, starring Kangana Ranaut opposite him. While promoting the same Rajkummar Rao was asked about his own opinions on the recent Kabir Singh controversy.
Being someone with clear-headed opinions and someone who’s not one to be afraid of expressing his thoughts, he clarified that everyone has their own conditions and opinions for their actions and thoughts, while also being responsible for them. He too, has his own principles and idealogies while taking up a film and a character.
He clearly stated that there are no fixed rules to cinema that it has to be in a certain bracket. Which makes it so that a film can be based purely on entertainment for the audience while another film can be purely inspiring like Gully Boy and such!
Rajkummar Rao added, ” It depends on the kind of person making it and his or her ideologies. And if the censor is allowing them, they can make it. Then it’s up to us if we want to watch it or not and say good or bad things about it. I know what you’re saying, but the thing is it depends on your personal ideologies. Sometimes you connect with it or sometimes you don’t.”
Well, we definitely agree to these points!
