Former The Only Way Is Essex star James ‘Arg’ Argent has reportedly been banned from EasyJet flights after he opened a fire exit and chased a plane onto the runway when he arrived late for a flight.

The police were apparetly called following the incident in Italy earlier this year, which occured when Argent, 31, was on holiday with then girlfriend and fellow reality star Gemma Collins.

According to The Sun newspaper the ex TOWIE star arrived late at the airport and was told he could not board the flight, while collins was already on the plane.

Argent responded by opening a fire exit and running out onto the runway in a bid to board the aeroplane.

A source said: “Italian police were not impressed by his actions and neither were EasyJet.”

The incident allegedly resulted in Argent being banned from the budget airline for two years.

Argent revealed on social media that he is due in Majorca this week. It is not known how he is travelling there.

The reality TV star was escorted from a flight from Ibiza in 2014 after he was allegedly sick all over himself after partying too hard.

Argent was reported to have split from on-off girlfriend Collins, 38, earlier this month amid concerns for his health.

He has undergone several stints in rehab and has been suspended from TOWIE on more than one occasion for failing drugs tests.
