Trailer Review: Zee5’s Kaagaz Is A Tragic Story Narrated In A Humorous Way

Kaagaz is a film which will be released based on a true story. The film casts Pankaj Tripathi in the lead role. The film is written and directed by Satish Kaushik and is produced by Salman Khan. The film is slated to release on January 7, 2021on Zee5. It is based on the life of ma Lal Bihari who is alive yet declared dead on the paper.

The trailer of the film has been released today. The trailer starts off in the village scene where a man approaches Pankaj Tripathi who is playing the lead role of Lal Bihari. The village man asks Pankaj who is dead and Pankaj pauses for a while and says I’m the one who is dead. And then we get to see the struggle of a man who fought for 18 years of his life to prove that he is alive and not dead on paper.

The trailer gives us glimpses of all the unfortunate tragedies, the humor attached to them, and the issue that is not much talked about. The man also forms a foundation for all the people who face a similar problem. It also shows the errors in our system. 

Actor Pankaj Tripathi has portrayed the character of Mritak while other actors in it include Monal Gajjar, Mita Vashisht, Amar Upadhyay, and Satish Kaushik. All the actors in the film are unconventional. Pankaj Tripathi as always has got into the skin of the character. Satish Kaushik’s versatility will again get to witness in the film. It is a film that will sure to be entertaining.
