I made my regular Ragi Dosa little more healthier by adding Oats and Red Poha to it. And it came out to be delicious.
You can try this recipe and your family will love this modified version of dosa!
1:3 ratio of Ragi and Rava
1 big spoon Oats
1 big spoon Red Poha
A cup of Curd.
Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt - as per taste
Chilly powder - as per taste
You can add more dry masala as per your liking
1- Mix all the ingredients well and let it stay for 15-20 min.
2-If you want it to be a fine paste, just blend with hand blender, I prefer making dosas with the above made batter only.
3- Prepare dosas and serve them hot.
You can add ghee or butter on top, if you like.
