She’s famous for saying she can’t concentrate in flats, so it’s no wonder Victoria Beckham doesn’t abide by a casual wear dress code either.
The designer made it quite apparent when holidaying with her family and Elton John in Cannes, France over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Sharing a snap of her vacation on Instagram, Victoria is seen wearing a gorgeous white halterneck maxi dress featuring a single-pleat neckline and a pair of black sandals for her day aboard a yacht.
But her husband David Beckham wasn’t impressed by the designer’s attire. The former Manchester United player posted his own photo of the designer with the caption: “I mean come on really,” adding an eye roll emoji, followed by “Boat wear @victoriabeckham style.”
But if there’s one place to dress up it will certainly be on board Elton John’s yacht in the South of France, and it didn’t seem as though Victoria was phased.
She looked relaxed as she topped off her look with a gold chain and her brunette tresses tied up sat beside her husband and Elton and his husband, David Furnish.
And for those hoping to get their hands on the elegant frock, you’re in luck. The dress is currently on sale for more than 50% off.
The Racer Front Long Cami Dress retails at £1,795 but has dropped down to a nimble, yet still eye-watering, £718.

The description of the dress reads: “Highlighting a minimalist beauty, this smooth and fluid evening dress from our Spring Summer 2019 runway is cut from a mid-weight cady that offers an elegant and natural drape and movement.
“The cami top styling has a 'racer' look that fits close to the body with slim-line straps and wrap-around front and low open back.”
And the gown is obviously a clear favourite for the mother-of-four as she has been pictured strutting in the same style before - but in black.
Last year at the Fashion Awards, the former Spice Girl championed the early Noughties when she styled her gown with a pair of wide cut tailored trousers hidden underneath for ultimate comfort.
She even revealed that night that the frock was her “favourite” from her whole Spring Summer 2019 collection.
If the maxi gown is slightly out of your budget, then we have found some friendlier alternatives that won’t break the bank.
