You need to focus on getting your mental state back to where it needs to be. You felt low and lethargic for the past couple of weeks and this has impacted your progress in several key areas. Returning to the fundamentals is a very strong starting block. Sleep, plenty of water and warming nutritious foods will work wonders for you physically. Mentally and emotionally, your spiritual practices will make the world of difference, particularly low-level exercise and meditation. Do whatever it is that you need to do to restore yourself to your usual empowered place.


Your ability to succeed in all you do continues to be supercharged. Although the competition is high, your ability to excel is higher and should give you the confidence to enter the fray. You can stay grounded where others lose their cool and you can approach things from a perspective of patience, adopting an attitude of `slow and steady wins the race.’ As such, you can conserve your energy and you have the stamina to last until the final round.
